On today’s podcast I speak with Photo Art Director Karen Williams. Karen earned her MFA in photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design and has worked with publications / brands such as AARP, AirBnB, San Francisco Magazine, Square, and now at Masterclass. In this interview I speak to Karen about her experience working with magazines as well as with big tech brands and what goes into producing commercial photography work. Karen also gives advice to photographers who are trying to market their work editors and producers. And lastly I also speak to Karen about some of her photographic influences as well as one of her personal photo project titled “Elegant Wasteland”.
