A Regular Letter Carrier on Every Route  2.  New USPS master keys that are smaller and require carrier to use scanner in unison.  (Master keyHole in Mailbox and Call Directory Box is small/regular size and to the right, not centered.  If A Thug has the OLD master key that matches every lockable mailbox in YOUR Zip Code, your mail is not safe.  <--- By design.  Project 2025.  DeJoy started and Postal Police were taken OFF of street patrol; USPS OIG release report about No Master Key Control Plan in Place which started the uptick in mail, package and especially ID theft.
