I Finally sat down with My Best Friend of 14yrs Nikki Castillo Soto.
We chatted about her upbringing and being adopted along with her 2 sisters. Nikki opens her heart and her vulnerably soul to share regarding  the trauma of being sexually molested, the death of her adopted brother, the grief and the pain of abandonment, physical abuse and losing her first son.
How many of us have or had felt the feeling of hopelessness and have fallen into a dark space?
Her pain drove her to self-destructive patterns; continuously relapsing and til she seek for help.
