I AM Karla, I come back to re-introduce myself and share my realizations of my huge Awakening of my NEW version of myself .
I choose to share with an open heart about my current experience of grief and I'm facing our fears, how to express it and able to move forward.

Nikki explains her Healing Method, reconnecting with her biological Mom to heal her heart. We discuss about the tools we use to heal ourselves starting different principles. 
Nikki uses a 12 steps to do the innerwork & integration to be present and to help her be Aware.

I Finally sat down with My Best Friend of 14yrs Nikki Castillo Soto.
We chatted about her upbringing and being adopted along with her 2 sisters. Nikki opens her heart and her vulnerably soul to share regarding  the trauma of being sexually molested, the death of her adopted brother, the grief and the pain of abandonment, physical abuse and losing her first son.
How many of us have or had felt the feeling of hopelessness and have fallen into a dark space?
Her pain drove her to self-destructive patterns; continuously relapsing and til she seek for help.
