This episode of Embodied Success the Podcast is our Season One finale!
To celebrate I shared some of the key themes and life lessons for us all to explore during this 4.5 month period of Saturn Retrograde which goes from June 29th to November 15th.
It wouldn't be an episode of Embodied Success without some practical tips so here are the ones I went over:
1. Reflect and Reassess:
- Take time to reflect on your current responsibilities, goals, and commitments. Assess what is working and what isn't, and make adjustments accordingly.
2. Be Patient:
- Challenges and delays are common during Saturn retrograde. Practice patience and understand that obstacles are part of the process of growth and development.
3. Stay Disciplined:
- Maintain a disciplined approach to your work and personal life. Focus on building solid foundations and making steady progress, even if it feels slow.
4. Address Past Issues:
- Use this time to address any unresolved issues from the past. Whether it's mending relationships, clearing up misunderstandings, or fulfilling past commitments, taking responsibility is key.
5. Strengthen Boundaries:
- Evaluate and strengthen your boundaries to protect your time, energy, and well-being. Clear boundaries can help you maintain focus and prevent burnout.
As you navigate life during this time contemplate these tips and see how you can apply them to your life.
