In this week's episode I discuss my thoughts around Karma and freewill, and compare it to frequency rather than action. 

We often look at The Law of Cause of Effect in terms of action, but I have often felt that it's not the action (or good deed) that we do, its the thought and feelings (frequency) behind these good deeds. It's the frequency we are broadcasting that makes the difference.

In my opinion Karma is more to do with trapped low vibrational energy or "subtle matter, clinging to our light body". Which is hugely empowering. Because it means that we can do something about it, in this lifetime.
