This podcast started as a space for exploring creative transformation—stories of people who reshaped themselves and their communities through design, art, and unconventional paths.

But over time, my own path shifted.

I moved from branding and identity work into the world of UX/UI and product design—and with that came a whole new lens. A wider one. One that looks at not just what we create, but how we lead, why we care, and who we become in the process.

So, this isn’t just a comeback. It’s a pivot.

This season, you’ll still hear about creativity and impact—but through the eyes of a product designer navigating systems, stories, and the soft skills that actually hold it all together.
We’re talking leadership, spirituality, everyday life lessons, and where the industry is headed.

Born in Logan on the south side of Brisbane in 1990, Shayno grew up with his brother and sister along with his folks. He pursued a career as a diesel mechanic, after leaving High school in Year 10.

In last Sep 2019 he went through an experience that would forever change him. He attended a four day Transformational Event with a Motivational Speaker from the United States called Tony Robbins.

Michael is a former Australian Army soldier, having spent 11 years in the full-time army, as well as two years of

reserve service. He is 36 years old and lives in Brisbane, Queensland,Australia. During his military service he served on operations in The Solomon

Islands, East Timor and two tours to Afghanistan. After separating from the full time army in 2015, Michael commenced designing a new life

surrounding his ambition for being a coach and serving other military members.

Aidan is a young, enthusiastic automotive and industrial designer specialising in custom vehicle build renderings, and more recently, custom part design for these custom vehicles and the automotive aftermarket. Always drawing cars from a young age, Aidan has honed his skills with physical and digital mediums to produce amazing artworks and renderings of some of the best custom car build in the country. As his skills grow through self-guided learning and also his studies in Industrial Design, Aidan plans to move deeper into 3D modelling for his vehicle renderings and to take on more product design work.
