Some rants just don't need a long introduction. This is one of those rants.  I am sure I will piss some folks off and I am sure others will not figure it applies to them.  Yet of all my rants this is one people need to hear.  I challenge each of you to look inside your self and determine if you you like what you see.  Only you will know the answer and only you will know if you answer it honestly.
