I really don't know how to describe this Rant.  I guess Sorry not Sorry.  I know this will  very much step on toes, piss people off and I am sure rally some of my haters, but honestly, Sorry not Sorry.  I am so overwhelmed by the complete lack of common sense that is used in the lifestyle, it is mind numbing.  We love to get offended and worked up over the smallest, and generally most harmless things, while totally going full steam ahead on things that scream stupid.  Oh well.  If after you listen to this rant, you still are interested we will be back next week with another rant. We recently had an intresting experience at a Swingers event.  To be honest part of it was almost unnerving.  Listen to this rant, look at yourself, and consider the message it sends to new people.   The lifestyle is not that hard and it is not different then real life.  I guess it is time more people figured that out.   Decide if  you want to be a difference maker or not before your next lifestyle event!   OH and If this message hits too close to home,   well good then maybe it will help before the next event.

We all get them.  We all feel them.  That pit that nervous excitement that is a mix, excitement, anticipation, fear, nerves etc.  You know the feeling we are talking about the pre-event jitters.  Some times these jitters  can seem over powering and almost cripling.   These jitters have stopped people from going to events!  My rant today is all about embrassing those jitters and looking at all of the value you they add.  The additional conversations they cause you to have with your SO .  The extra planning and being ready for different situations.  ALL GOOD THINGS IN THE LIFESTYLE.  Yep I am saying the jitters you feel are a good thing.  Take a listen and tell me what you think!

This we talk about knowing the local laws and rules.   It is a big deal to make sure you know if an event is breaking a law.  Have you ever thought what would happen if you attended an event and it was raided?  Good event planners make sure that events are legal, that they are not going to get raided.  Sometimes money gets the best of people and it is up to you to make sure that is not the case.  We each have the responsiblity to make sure we are safe!  This rant is all about making sure you are safe!
