Kasey Jaeger is Melbourne Dietitian and Personal Trainer who has a passion for helping her clients develop healthier relationships with food and exercise. Kasey's approach rejects dieting and instead encourages people to adopt a sustainable approach to their nutrition by eating mindfully and intuitively. She teaches her clients to understand and trust the signals of their body and to honour their health over their weight.
Kasey has a degree in Exercise Science and Food Science and Nutrition and a Masters of Dietetics.
