Today I am joined by Elyse Comerford. Elyse is an Integrative Nutritionist and Certified GAPS Practitioner. Her approach is based on taking the normal "guilt, blame, shame and deprivation" approach and completely turning it on it's head, focussing instead on healing, nourishing, and listening to the body.
