 Here I Am with a New Story, Straight from the Heart 💛

You know, there was a moment of complete silence on the other end of the call…
 And then she said, “Thank you, Kashish. I’ll start from tomorrow.”
 Three months later, she called me again — this time with a smile and a “Thank you so much… it worked!”

💬 Today, I want to share a mantra that’s helped me — and many other moms — handle difficult behaviours with calm and confidence.
 As a mom of a strong-willed child myself, I’ve lived this.

✨ Here’s my 3-step mantra:

1️⃣ Don’t accept unreasonable demands – Let them cry, scream, or throw a tantrum. Stay calm. It’s okay.
2️⃣ Don’t care about ‘log kya kahenge’ – The people watching your child’s meltdown in public won’t come help you at home. Don’t waste your energy on them.
3️⃣ Be yourself & love yourself – You’re doing your best. And that’s more than enough. 💪

❤️ You are doing great, Mommy.
 And remember — I’m always here to remind you of your strength.

2. Not everyone who smiles is safe — watch their actions.
3. When your gut says ‘I don’t feel good here’ — trust it.
4. You don’t owe anyone your time or attention if they disrespect you.
5. It’s okay to say ‘NO’ — kindly and firmly.
6. Keep your heart open, but your eyes and ears alert.
7. Never join gossip — if they gossip to you, they’ll gossip about you.
8. Don’t share secrets with people who joke about others.
9. Be kind, but not blind.
10. You are not responsible for fixing people who keep breaking you.
11. Help others, but step back when it's harming you.
12. You are allowed to walk away from someone who drains your peace.
