Marty Lopes is one of the best known coffee roasters in Portland, Oregon. Marty goes deep on his introduction to the coffee industry and into the different projects he has worked on over the years. One of Marty's greatest qualities is communicating his passion. It is infectious. His new company Terrain Coffee is crushing in many areas already after being open for a short while. Moving into bottling cold drinks, supporting our local community and getting into some of the new and hottest coffee shops in town.

Kevin Credelle is the Owner of Our Bar in Washougal, WA. A killer brunch spot and the light of the small town of Washougal. Bric used to work with Kevin and there for they dive right into the family tree of coffee roasters, coffee shops and brunch spots in the Portland area. Jazmine slays in the culture of good and positivity. Black Rock Coffee is lucky to have someone who is so self aware. She touches on the culture of the company bottom up and bottom down and her new role in leadership. Black Rock has a religious customer basis and they thrive in barista customer connection.
