MOVING IS STRESSFUL!
Whether you're physically moving or emotionally moving on or away from someone or thing, it's not easy. In a physical move, you need to go through all your stuff and decide what you want to carry over into your new place.

Isn't the same true for an emotional move?

Kat admits she's got a big, heavy box filled with emotional stuff that she's carried with her for far too long. It's time to unpack it and let most of it go.
