Eddi Sander & Codenzi - Switched On (Sabura Remix)

💭 Sometimes the spotlight is fully focused on you. Every eye is watching and in that moment you feel intensely present, almost larger than yourself. This feeling can appear in different situations: during a presentation, when silence fills the room and all attention rests on your words; when an important project reaches a critical point and decisions suddenly carry weight; or on the dancefloor, when the way you move draws people attention. In those moments, it’s not about perfection, but about awareness, standing inside the pressure and realizing that it sharpens you instead of breaking you. That’s the moment you become switched on.

🎵 Sabura delivers a remix of Switched On that feels deeply rooted in the modern landscape of electronic music. A bouncy bassline, a catchy lead, and clean stabs move around an impressively processed vocal. Meanwhile, flowing synth shots run through the track and its evolving arrangement. This remix balances groove and tension with confidence, highlighting Sabura’s strong sense for genre-fluid bangers.

🎵 For this EP, Eddi Sander and Codenzi join forces. Together they create a strong dark disco track, deep and energetic, driven by a hypnotic bassline. One of the darkest tracks on KataHaifsch so far, while still fully capturing our vibe. The tension evolves and shifts with every Part, keeping the groove in constant motion. You can feel the techno influences and the combination of the best of both worlds. What a track, thank you.

💿 Bass Bounce Boom 💿

Human existence is full of in-between spaces, those fleeting moments when we are neither fully here nor entirely there. Zustand Zwei is dedicated to these transitions. It inhabits the realm between calm and ecstasy, between clarity and losing control, between the pounding now and the shimmering after.

At times it glows warmly, at others it flickers with a cool shimmer, always aiming to gently shift consciousness. Grooving basslines guide listeners through familiar terrain, while floating synth textures lure them into the unknown. Every track is a small ritual—a controlled descent into a second state of awareness, an experience meant not to be explained but felt.

Zustand Zwei is music for those who dare to linger a moment longer in the in-between. We’re grateful to share this collection of five electronic moodscapes with you and hope you enjoy listening. ❤️

💿 Bounce Ballade 💿

We’re happy to welcome our homie K2W0 for his down. debut, delivering a groove-led original that is rough around the edges and firmly rooted in his own sound. The track moves with confidence and restraint, built around rhythm rather than obvious moments.

We’re equally glad to have our friend bawab back on our label, whose dope remix shifts the piece into a deeper, more melodic context while keeping only a loose connection to the original idea.

The release is rounded off by one of our current favorite artists, Ben Marek, who stays close to the source while adding his own signature twist through punchier energy and his characteristic keyboard work.

As always, we’re grateful for the creative energy that went into this project and want to thank all artists involved for their contributions.

💿 Passion & dezidierte Leidenschaft 💿

We fell in love with downtempo years ago because, its magic often unfolds in the spaces between the notes — in the intention, the patience in the build up, and the deep listening it invites.

With our new release by mimikri, we’re excited to honor those earlier days of our journey and let a piece of that magic come alive again. The original track, beautifully titled “Marble,” is accompanied by equally heartfelt and harmonious remixes from Laaar and WOJTEK, as well as a more club-driven interpretation by thea & schtu.

As always, we want to express our gratitude to all the artists involved and to Kilian van de Water for the brilliant artwork.
