Kate is a world class powerlifter; I wanted to bring her on to help bring more eyes to the equipped side of powerlifting, to talk through her incredible achievements so far, and to learn more about equipped lifting as a whole. Kate is also the head coach of GB's fast growing junior and sub-junior equipped team.
