Kate Wade is the Founder of the RISE Program, an inspiring approach to Service Education at The Rivers School outside of Boston, MA. Currently, Kate holds Academic Department Chairs, Athletics, English and is Head of Middle School, Chair, English Department at The Fenn School.  Kate was gcLi Scholar and is currently the Executive Editor, gcLi’s Leadership Blog.

She is the first awardee of the Fellowship in Pedagogy of Leadership at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
