Health and wellness has always been important to Kathryn. It doesn't mean she's been perfect at living a clean life. If you follow her, you know she finally gave up alcohol at the beginning of January (again) and sugar is an ongoing battle that she wins most days, but not every day. She's always interested in modalities to help heal, strengthen and balance. When she heard about the Heal Documentary, she had to go see it. She packed up a carload of girlfriends and headed downtown to a local cinema. So, it was serendipitous talking to the Producer, Kelly Noonan Gores, on her podcast about the documentary and having her share various tips and insights that she finds helpful in her own healing. Kathryn's hope is that you hear something in this interview that will help you on your journey to optimum health and wellness! If you discover something in this podcast that you find helpful, please share it and don't forget to subscribe and leave a review! It will help reach more listeners. And you can reach her at ...
