Right now the world is a pretty horrible place. The United States is being run by a senile bully and every second of our life is being monetized. How can we not be horrible people in this really horrible world?

Since I noted that this whole thing was my therapist's idea, I thought I'd start out with my thoughts on mental health, why access is so important, why encouragement in seeking care is so vital (especially for men, who are often shamed for this), and maybe ways you can find it for yourself.
