Which In Our Industry Sometimes Can Be Lost With Phrases Such As "Thats The Way We've Always Done It". A True Visionary Spearheading The R&D Processes Both At Meadowood & Charter Oak. John Hong What A Gangster!! John Has One Of The Calmest Demeanors In The Thickest Of Situations. His Zen During The Chaos Of What Is Dinner Service Is Something We Should All Strive For As Chefs. He Showed Me A Different Way To Approach Things, How To Think Before I Act, Then Act Accordingly. He Taught Me To Control The Warrior Inside And Act As A Chief. John Has One Of The Coolest Food Minds, Coupled With An Awesome Sense Of Humor, And MAD Basketball Skills.
