Katie Page is a passionate advocate of women in racing. Her ground-breaking Magic Millions Racing Women initiative was set up to highlight the important roles women hold in thoroughbred racing and breeding, and has been hugely successful with the number of female racehorse owners is growing each year.

It's no wonder, then, that women are becoming the fastest-growing segment in the racing industry.

As well as this she has also found the time to become one of the longest-running female chief executives in Australia, managing retail chain Harvey Norman's 200-store network with her husband Gerry.
