It's the holiday season and that means that you are probably spending more time with family. This can be extremely stressful for some people and lead to a lot of conflicts. So, let's talk about it.  In this episode, I address family drama, conflict resolution, self-care, and what it means to be part of a family.  I hope everyone is safe during the holiday season and thank you for listening.
