Start of series 3! Katy Sexton competed at the 2000 Sydney and 2004 Athens Olympic Games swimming the 100m and 200m backstroke. In the podcast I speak to Katy about her time training for the games at her home club Portsmouth Northsea along with the decision to stay at a local team instead of training at a university programme. We also discuss the 'post Olympic blues' and how each games shaped Katy moving forward into swimming as well as business. Lastly we talk about Katy's transition from the pool to poolside in a coaching role and what she can bring to the deck with her experience.
