Katy, known on social media as 'Diary of a shepherdess,' is a first-generation farmer. She moved from the arts in COVID to farming and started a Munro flock of rare breeds about 5 years ago with her partner, and has a grown flock of pedigree Hebridean sheep

She is a trustee of the Hebridean sheep society and has won prizes at shows including best sheep at Newbury show with a Hebridean ewe lamb. She will be doing some rare breeds judging too in 2025. She is committed to producing high quality products whether that is for breeding or consumption.
