Sometimes it feels as though we have made excellent progress only to slide back. Old programs re-visit and it's easy to feel like we have let ourselves down. We may have loved ones that seem to flounder in this work and roll back to old habits and dysfunctional ways. Why is that?
Hello there, we are introducing a new schedule for our weekly podcasts in response to our audience's requests.
Mondays will see the launch of a longer podcast dedicated to resetting ourselves for the week and getting a fresh start. This is called Monday: Fresh Start and Reset, and it will be new each week, addressing issues, challenges or principles of Frequency Work.
For the rest of the week we will be repeating key podcasts as tools for maintaining our Frequency levels. Please don't skip those, even if you've heard them before.
And once a week we will be airing a podcast called Frequency Talks where Kaya Usher or others will discuss their insights, ideas and journeys with Frequency Work.
