Meditation gives you the courage and love to slowly change how you live your life. You become confident to face and unravel your negative reactions, anger, fear, doubts, blaming, anxieties, addictions. You see them as a challenge to grow and develop into the person you are meant to be……your true self. You no longer understand your compulsive disorders, addictions as “disorders” but reactions which can be resolved by you.. You will become brave enough to view schizophrenia, depression etc as insights to learn more about your history.
As Cassian said – the mantra conveys and leads us into the silence which is the silence of creative energy. We cannot think our way into this discovery, a clear awareness that we can confidently re-understand our life and integrate every reaction that imprisons us from living life to the full. It is difficult to understand meditation, and the silent saying of a mantra. Rationally it doesn’t make sense. Be brave, try it, teach yourself to meditate. It brings its own fulfillment.’
