Our first guest is Portlander Farshad Barman, a former math professor who built several bike frames, has gone on long-distance cycling adventures and lectures about Black Holes and White Dwarfs.
In the second half the guest is Damon Elmore, Executive Director of the State Bar of Georgia. From 2013- 2015 he cycled to all 150 counties in Georgia to raise money and awareness for a statewide nonprofit he started, Cycling for Good, which organizes a monthly ride in Atlanta that provides personal care and other essentials for unhoused people.
