In this episode, Sari talks to Hayden Andrews, Growth Manager at KC Can Compost, a nonprofit organization committed and dedicated to help reduce the city’s waste. KC Can has diverted 2.7 million pounds of waste from landfills, and decreased 1.8 million pounds of CO2 emissions.

KC Can works with both individuals and businesses to increase the impact they have on our environment. This organization does more than just composting; they also educate and train men and women struggling to overcome barriers to employment for work in green industry jobs.
