Over 500 plants and 40 varieties will be available at Rothe House's annual garden plant sale, which takes place tomorrow, Saturday (June 6th) from 11am through to 4pm.

Visitors will have free access to the garden from New Building Lane, where those with green fingers are set to be spoiled for choice.

The Junior and Leaving Certificate Exams are well underway, with over 147,000 candidates sitting the papers throughout the State.

Abbey Community College in Ferrybank draws in students from across South Kilkenny (Ferrybank, Mooncoin, Kilmacow, Glenmore, Mullinavat) and Waterford City and has 350 students sitting the exams in over 40 centres between now and June 23rd.
