In this week’s episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I had the pleasure of having a super great guest within the short-term rental space on the show! His name is Jason Muth, an owner of multiple Airbnb/VRBO short term rentals in Mass & NH! Jason is a very inspiring and super guest-centric individual that has taken massive repetitive action to acquire a few of these properties in Farmington, NH & Provincetown, MA!

I was incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to chat with Jason and hear his story! In the second part of this episode, we talked about how he was forced to adapt to a pipe bursting situation shortly after a few parties occupied the first property, a next level tip to gain genuine reviews when starting your first Airbnb, a really great lesson about communicating with people in the ways that they prefer, and so much more!
