In this week’s solo episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I wanted to tailor this episode towards folks that are outside of the real estate industry that are looking to break in! Today I gave a very boiled down explanation about some of the most impactful “pro’s and con’s” to investing dominantly in the equities markets as well as multifamily real estate in difference capacities!
Keep in mind this is just an investor’s opinion! Always seek the advice of a wealth advisor/CPA/Tax advisor prior to making any investment decisions to see what works best for you!

In this week’s solo episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I wanted to share something that has been on my mind the past couple days. That is how PROTECTIVE your relationships actually can be. There are dozens (and I mean dozens) of reasons why not to play the investing game yourself. Here is how you can be “financially bulletproof” to many of the situations that come up in the real estate investing ecosystem. Collaborate > Compete!

In this week’s episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I had an absolutely kickass interview with an unbelievable guest! Lior originally came on the podcast over 3 years ago on episode number 4! He is making remarkable impacts in a high barrier to entry market through several different avenues including development, condo conversion, etc.
In this episode, we talked about a bunch of high-level topics that especially pertain to continuing to move the needle in the current debt market today (November of 2023)!

In this week’s solo episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I wanted to share a couple things that have been on my mind from events on my real estate journey in the past 3 weeks! We as investors are always in new situations with potential sellers, potential new B2B relationships, new partnerships in different capacities etc.
In this episode I talk about a recent situation where I walked a seller’s 6 family property in Lowell and although we were very far apart on price, I was able to give the seller tremendous value that may help him, and who knows what that relationship will look like in the future 😊 ? I also shared two more stories about ways that we can provide value to the folks we are around and make their lives better, when other investors may not. Give value without expecting anything in return!
