Changing your diet may seem daunting. What do you eat if there’s no bread, no carbs smothered in ooey-gooey cheese and no deserts? How many times have vegetables rotted in the bin because there was no time to figure out how to cook them?  We know eliminating foods that are bad for health is the right thing, but these foods are inexpensive, convenient and comforting. So, how do we make that switch and stick to it? By using simple meal plan strategies. Meal planning is an essential piece of the weight loss puzzle, but it must also be sustainable. The key to real sustainability is eating foods you like. A revelation, right?
