sorry这个词除了有对不起以外还能表示同情
当我们听到别人遇到困难时，我们会说I'm sorry to hear that来表示关心，比如：
I'just lost my job
I'm sorry to hear that.

但是呢当我们想要为自己做的事情道歉时，我们要说I'm sorry for..比如：
I'm sorry for not listening to you when you needed me to.

如果有些时候由于我们没有考虑到别人的感受，影响到别人了。我们可以说:
I'm sorry if I hurt your feeling with what I said.
I'm sorry if I'm disturbing you.
