In today's episode Leah shares tangible ways to self care while I break down exactly what is self care and why it's so important.

In today's discussion, I share what I believe to be the single most important thing that every person in the Foster care system needs! Having a family you can rely on is usually taken for granted normally but it's not something that Foster youth can normally rely on.
