Today's message is about why we do not need to reject what God has accepted, including ourselves.

What is mercy? Mercy is compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within one's power to punish or harm. Why should we as Christians be concerned with this quality?

Today's track will the importance of why Christians must cultivate humility.

Lying, slander, gossip, nor deceit have any place in a Christian’s life. These actions are detrimental to our relationship with our Heavenly Father. Why? Let’s begin by defining all of these words.

Lying is marked by or containing untrue statements: false

Slander is the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.

Gossip is casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people, typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true.

Deceit is the action or practice of deceiving someone by concealing or misrepresenting the truth.

What do lies, slander, gossip, and deceit have in common? They are all dealing with falsehoods.

Lies are the opposite of who God is. John 17:17 tells us: “Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.”

What is Envy? Envy is a feeling of discontented or resentful longing aroused by someone else's possessions, qualities, or luck. Discontent is lack of contentment; dissatisfaction with one's circumstances. Why is it important for Christians to not have feelings of discontentment?

Deuteronomy 5:21: “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. You shall not set your desire on your neighbor’s house or land, his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

The lesson we learn from Ephesians 6:11-17 is vital to our daily protection from this evil world.

We are taught that God is love in 1 John 4:8, 16:  1 John 4:8 “He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. 1 John 4:16 And we know (understand, recognize, are conscious of, by observation and by experience) and believe (adhere to and put faith in and rely on) the love God cherishes for us. God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him. (AMPC)

Christians have asked me to explain the meaning of Romans 1:26-32. We will delve deeper into these scriptures.

Romans 12:1-21 is important to Christians because it helps encourage and strengthen us.

Why is it important for Christians to study the Bible? John 17:17 teaches: “Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.” If we don’t study the Bible, we will not know God’s truth.
