People who think you are obligated to do what they want/People pleasing. You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. You don’t have to stop what you’re doing to help someone if you’ve helped them time and time again. Then you tell them you can’t and their mad for no reason their beefing alone.

My friends tell me they dislike when I see the good in people more when I should let them go. I do understand that. But my problem is seeing the good in everyone more than twice. When they showed me who they were I should’ve believed them.

Misery Loves Company learn to not take on other people’s issues, problems, and more. It will drain you and it will make them have power over you. It’s ok to set boundaries with family, friends and your partner.

Im talking about depression a few things I personally went through the last 3 years. Also how you or I feel when going through depression and anxiety. Also it’s ok to see a therapist to talk to someone who’s a professional. Also things you can do for yourself when your depression or having anxiety.
