I'm super excited to record the last episode of season 1 of my Podcast and it's quite special because I would be having a live chat and brief discussion with my mom on her experience and some wonderful advises and tips on motherhood.

This episode is all about what is post pregnancy depression, how to tackle it with utmost care and how to deal with it. 80% women experience this kind of depression post giving birth and go through lot many changes both physically and mentally. It's important for everyone to give adequate love, affection and support all moms and make them feel that. Don't let this anxiety or depression ruin their minds and build up negativity. Bonding with your baby is important. It helps to release hormones and chemicals in the brain that encourage rapid brain growth.

Attachment is a slow process that builds and deepens over time. Bonding. Bonding is about the love, care and concern that are unique to your relationship with your baby. Having a strong bond with your baby will imbue you with a sense of wellbeing. You may even feel that you've bonded with your baby before she's born..

Post pregnancy recovery phase is as important as the entire Pregnancy journey, so it's utmost important to take good care and keep yourself happy and fit so you could manage to keep your baby happy too. Every mom is a super mom for her child. So staying happy should be the ultimate goal !!
