Happy Tuesday! This episode wraps up mental health week. Oh man how fun has this been. We have gotten great feedback and the responses to keep the conversation going have been truly heart felt. This week we end if off with a round of questions with our friend; Sam Nagy who happens to be in the field. His insight is great on the topic of mental heath. We've all heard quite a few different ways to deal with things during the pandemic and anxiety is no different. This week The Franco's dive into some statistics and coping mechanics they found to aid someone struggling with anxiety. The articles are rather interesting and it brings to light just how important it truly is to be involved in community. 

Being Spirit-Filled often means you will probably neglect the science of things. The God we serve is able to work in both science and faith. In this episode Bethany breaks down mental health by renown doctor; Caroline Leaf. Dr. Leaf has spent the last 30 years researching the mind-brain connection. Oh yeah, she is also a believer so this really sets the stage for how those who follow God can overcome mental health both practically and spiritually. Along with this! *Content Warning* Bethany gets vulnerable about what life was like after being ‘diagnosed’ with an anxiety-disorder from 7th grade till now. The  entire month of January the Franco's are dedicating to Mental Health Awareness. There is a place where science and faith can meet. Bethy and Jonathan are pretty polar opposite on their views and mental health struggles. This episode will be focused solely on Bethany and her story. 

This week the Franco's try to keep their episode short. That didn't necessarily workout, but thats ok! Bethany and Franco fight over coffee, how typical huh? Bethany talks about her vegan powers and how loosely she follows "Veganism". In the Creative Talk section Bethany talks about the beauty of following your passion through a timely inspiration. Now we all know we get Holiday Blue's around the Holiday's, so the Franco's give some good tips on how to deal with the emotional side of Christmas. 

The Franco's are back and this week they get to highlight a good friend; Fallon. If you have ever wanted to know how to pursue your craft and be driven this episode is for you. Fallon has such a clear and driven approach to getting your "voice" heard in your creative pursuits. She is easily someone who cares for the business just as much as the art. We hope you enjoy!

What a week! The Franco's are back talking about the usual music gigs. They also celebrate releasing episode one which was about a month back, crazy how time flies? Franco talks about co, or quad-hosting? another Podcast; Coffee @fter 5. Bethany, again, goes off on Americans...she is American. They they talk about it; "The Digital Age". Is social media making a huge impact on our current generations (Gen Z and below) being raised in a world with more phone experience than human experience. 

This episode dives deep. The Franco's flow better through their weekly catch up, which is a good thing. Bethany is starting to develop a hold off situation where she waits to catch up with her husband on the podcast. How riveting!
