A Grateful Heart. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray continually,give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus”.

Psalm 34:8. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him. Psalm 139:7, Psalm 34:8, Rom 12:2, John 14:1, John 3:18, 1Timothy 1:7, Psalm 33:20-22.

John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. Psa 139:16, John 1:29, Heb 9:26, Isa 44:22.

Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.

Colossians 3:17. Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Psalm 118:24, Eph 5:15-17.

Matthew 6:19-21. "Don't store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart is also."

Rom 12:1 "I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer you bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-this is you true and proper worship".

James 1:6 But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind.
