- Blowing the lid off the arguments against pay transparency in your job ads. The top 4 excuses for not posting pay rates are crap. There’s really only one reason.
- Microsoft is leading the way with their commitment to publish what they pay, do away with non-competes and voluntarily submit to a civil right audit. Brave move.
- TikTok for jobs is a total fail if you don't understand the audience. Great for recruitment marketing but impossible to master the algorithm.
- Starbucks CEO is stuck in the 70’s thinking that employees will see his great sacrifice of working a 12 hour day and follow his commands to come back to the office. He’s obviously having coffee with Elon Musk!
