Keepin’ It Real W/ MissBreaker

This quote above speak truth to me and I had to share this with y'all. Most times we don't ever take a deep breath before speaking to those who caused pain in our hearts or made us feel some type of way. Instead, some of us have a hard time finding space to debrief and come clear with ourselves before engaging with others. You gotta' listen to others and you also must understand yourself too on your own time. I can only speak for my community, the black community, we have a hard time expressing ourselves let alone don't care about another person's feelings. Some of us don't even take the time to truly listen to what is being said but yet have a whole lot of shit to say on something that could be clear, if only you've taken the time to listen. Interruptions causes you to miss out on the importance behind the words that are being expressed. Tune into the REAL things most people miss and have a hard time expressing themselves when it comes to communicating.... Do you ever listen? Or are you quick to reply? Ask yourself these questions.

We, Black Women, go through so much to "fit in" into a society that was not built for us, one. then, to top it off... We have to change ourselves to fit into places because others think it's not professional enough to be ourselves... We all have to love ourselves and be our best selves! You nor I should have to change not one thing about us to fit into someone else's idea of "professionalism" Fuck them and hold your head high! OUR CROWN makes us who we are, don't let no one take that from you!

I got inspired this morning and needed to read my poem called, Brain Wash, listen to me go deep into the root of the pain that we go through when people try to use manipulation as a tool to install fear. Shit just doesn't just happen when people cause harm to others, their pain steams from someplace at a young age and not everyone breaks the chains to educate themselves for the better.

Been a hot minuet since I've spoken about meditation, and I only speak because I'm practicing what I preach... We all need a reminder to protect our peace and that's the goal for meditation. who cares about what others feel or have say... you come first before another! you gotta' learn how to move through love and positivity for you! Tune into a different way to understand why meditation is important and why it's important to love yourself enough to bring peace and positivity into your universe.
