Today I am chatting with Allison Villa, creator of the website House and Hook dedicated to keeping couples thriving throughout parenthood.  Allison is a registered psychotherapist and has created a virtual therapy practice that keeps her connected to clients around the world.  She and her husband, Arjan, are the co-creators of their company, House and Hook.  Together they provide tools and inspiration for others to live with intention and to embrace the power of their couple.  Originally from Toronto, Canada, Allison & her family are now living in Puerto Escondido, Mexico for the year- and adventure born from her alignment with Arjan & getting clear on their values as a couple.
