Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were having a bad day.
King Nebuchadnezzar had built a 90ft tall statue of himself and was ordering everyone to bow down and worship it every time they heard the band strike a tune.
Well, the guys knew they weren’t going to do that, so they took a stand…and the punishment was really terrifying.
We all face situations that make us scared. Things that look WAY beyond our ability to live with, and then we all do the same thing. We cry out to God for His help.
As you watch or listen to today’s episode we unpack the story in Daniel 3 of how the guys had multiple opportunities to throw in the towel in the face of fear, and what God did in to show who He is in response (just like He wants to do for you).
