    Jesus gave us the greatest commandment: love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength

        — and love your neighbor as you love yourself. 💛


    We work so hard at the neighbour part. Meal trains. Cards. Showing up. All good things. And then we quietly step over those last three words.

    But we can only love other people as well as we love ourselves.

    🪞 So here are three practical steps to loving yourself the way God does:

    1️⃣ Ask Him what He thinks of you — and write down what comes

    2️⃣ Look in the mirror with compassion instead of inspection
    3️⃣ Speak your "I am" declarations out loud, straight from the Word

    Do this daily and God's truth starts arriving louder than the default thinking you've believed about yourself for years.

  • The Secret to Forgiving When It Hurts

    How to forgive someone who hurt you — even when your heart is still sore and the offence keeps replaying in your head. 💛

    We know the Bible tells us to forgive. Actually doing it is the hard part, right?

    In this episode I share what the Lord taught me when I sat with Him and asked, "What does this actually look like? How do we walk this out and walk away free?" We'll look at why unforgiveness hinders our prayers 🙏, the one question that changed everything for me — "What is the story I am telling myself about this event?" — and the three things that happen when we hand the person over to God instead of trying to forgive in our own strength.

    "Search me and try my heart, Lord... lead me in the way everlasting."

    Have you ever felt like you're just waiting on God?  Like you've been asking and asking, and nothing seems to be moving?🌱


    Friend, I've been there too. And in this episode, I want to share something that brought me so much peace: sometimes we're not actually waiting on God at all — He's already put it in place. We just haven't stepped into it yet. 💛

    Childlike faith and trusting God — this week my 6-year-old grandson showed me what it really looks like. 

    Have you ever watched a child just trust — completely, without worry or question?


    This week I had the most beautiful reminder watching my 6-year-old grandson navigate life with zero anxiety about the mortgage or whether there'll be food on the table. He just trusts.

    And God used that to show me something powerful about childlike faith and what it means to truly trust God with our whole hearts. 🧡
