Ep 9: Friends in Business
Do you and your best friend have a great idea? Who better to go into business with than your best friend? Should you mix friendship and business? Why is a family business podcast discussing friends in business?
This episode we are mixing it up and instead of family business we are discussing friends in business. The similarities are extraordinary and both friends often have their family in their corner supporting them. This offers huge benefits but without proper advice, the pitfalls can also be very similar to family business. At the end of the day, you want to remain friends. So the structure and policies become crucial.
