Happy Monday everyone!! We have another great episode of Keeping it Real Estate to help lift those Monday blues. On this episode we give an update from our week including purchasing a new gimbal for video work, Andrew's sales challenge, the AP 2 year plan and an update on a potential flip.

A little late this week due to Andrew's boondoggling trip to Mexico, but we are back and better than ever.
