And while as a realtor I would love your business, be sure your decision to buy or sell is just that - YOUR decision! With all the hype around the seller's market we are in and record low interest rates, it's easy to get caught up in the "SHOULDS" aka you should sell now to maximize profits and you should buy now because of the rates. While that's of course true, just be sure you're ready and working with the right team!

- longer market time leads to questions from prospects

FSBO - For Sale By Owner
- Do you understand all parts of the selling process?
- Do you have a plan and budget for marketing?
- Are you prepared for showings?
- Are you able to qualify a buyer and handle negotiations?
- Do you know what to do after an offer is accepted?
