Think about the moments that have changed the direction of your life. Did you ever think that going to get a manicure could be one of them? Well that is exactly what happened to me. I started with a podcast a year ago and today I'm being asked to speak in front of thousands of people. Tune in to hear how an ordinary day while getting a manicure was part of the magic that made it all happen.
Many people worry about having it all together; good grades, a clean house, gym routine, good hair, and so much more. The reality is, you cannot do it all on your own! Hiring help, buying a dishwasher, and asking for help from your partner, are all ways to help you manage all the things life throws at you. Take a deep breath and relax. We are all going through it.

Dating is a tough thing to navigate on its own, but dating as a child of immigrant parents is a whole other monster. Growing up with two different sets of ideals that often times clash can make it incredibly difficult to go through life, let alone date. Dating is such a big part of people's lives and on this episode I explore the different factors that make it difficult for anyone to date; cultural expectations, gender roles, faith, and social media and much more.

Share this episode with anyone who wants to know about social work or about grad school in general. Thank you to everyone who shares and subscribes. It means the world to me! God bless you all.

On this podcast I explore the different ways we learn to identify specific kinds of people who become toxic or a "hater" to us. It's important for you to know who is taking away from you, who isn't clapping when you're winning, and how to finally break free from them and/or create healthy boundaries. Thank you to everyone who shares, listens, and subscribes!

On this episode I talk about my thoughts on Ash Wednesday and what I think it's really about. Being raised by a very religious Catholic woman definitely had an impact on my faith and where I am in life now. Tune in to hear my thoughts on how I think it can all hurt your growth as a person if you get too caught up in the details. Don't forget to live life and be happy!
