In this time of unknowns and speculation, it’s easy, and sometimes necessary to just reflect on where you are, where you’ve been, and where are you may or may not go.

In the midst of our new normal, I encourage and challenge you to find one thing to notice and appreciate today. Tomorrow, find two things, and add one each day. You will be better because of it.
