Ronnie is joined by gay rights activist Allen Roskoff to discuss the progress that the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) community has made in securing the same rights and freedoms as everyone else.

Ronnie is joined by Judge Judith Kaye, retired New York judge who served as Chief Judge of New York from 1993 until 2008. Recently, Andrew Cuomo appointed Kaye as a special counsel to investigate Governor David Paterson's alleged violation of ethics laws.

Ronnie sits down with Debra Zimmerman, Executive Director of Women Make Movies, a non-profit feminist media organization that has grown into the largest distributor of films and videotapes by and about women in the world.

Ronnie is joined by Gene Russianoff, staff attorney and chief spokesman for the Straphangers Campaign for NYPIRG, a New York City-based public transport advocacy group that focuses primarily on subway and bus services run by New York City Transit.

Ronnie is joined by former Deputy Mayor Richard Aurelio, to discuss the administration of John Lindsay, currently being honored at a new exhibit at the Museum of the City of New York.

Ronnie welcomes Susan Herman, former Exec. Dir. of The National Center for Victims of Crime and author of “Parallel Justice for Victims of Crime.” The book presents a new approach to getting your life back on track after being a victim of a crime.

Ronnie welcomes Sandra Priest Rose, Esther Morgan Sands, and Lauren Wedeles of the Reading Reform Foundation of New York. The foundation is dedicated to improving reading instruction by providing courses and training for teachers.

Ronnie welcomes Professor Sarah Bartlett, Director of the Urban Reporting Program at CUNY Graduate School of Journalism. Prof. Bartlett shares her views on the current climate of Wall Street as well as Main Street.

Ronnie welcomes Simon Heller to the program to discuss the selection of the next justice to the Supreme Court. Mr. Heller is a student of the federal courts and formerly served as the legal director of the Alliance for Justice.
